Join me virtually as I lead you through an awesome full body movement practice from the heart of Kananaskis country. This is a great way to start your day or an excellent option for a mid day movement break. All you need is a little space, a mat and about 45 min.

Get up from your desk and join me for this full body movement break. If you don't have weights pretend you to and just move your arms!
Props needed: free weights, backbender, and your spinal strip. This is a quick movement break exercise. In this sequence you will release upper back, neck and shoulder tension by alternating between strengthening and lengthening.
This is a SOFT PROP workout. All you need is 40 min, a set of dumbells and your soft props.... and some HEART.
Learn how to release tension in your mid and upper back with the use of a small felt pad or rolled blanket.
This practice is for the more serious yoga practitioner who has experience with props and practice. Backbending is therapeutic when approached mindfully and with safe instructions. Why not try it?
This 40 minute practice is geared towards helping correct foot imbalances that cause foot, knee and hip pain. Learn how to strengthen and mobilize your feet.

Our yoga and movement classes are based on Critical Alignment Therapy and Yoga, developed in the Netherlands by the visionary Gert van Leeuwen.

The importance of critical alignment is gaining attention because alignment is key to greater mobility, less pain and lower risk of injury. Cues like “neutral spine” and “squared hips” are now commonplace in fitness classes.

Our classes are different. We don't just cue alignment. Our amazing props align, mobilize and strengthen the spinal column, hips and shoulders. Our exercises help develop full range mobility and strength so the body grows strong, supple and resilient.
